Excellent for stress relief, tired, achy feet, chills, and headaches. Fill the foot tub half with water. Now add 3 T of the foot soak. For stress relief or achy feet, use hot water. Using cold water for your foot bath is used for headache relief. Cold water draws blood flow to your feet and away from your head.
